(1) Hold the power button to turn ON/OFF.

(2) Press the frequency button for the rabbit vibration. Continue to press the button to cycle through the 10 vibration settings.

(3) Press the wavy button for the head pulsation modes. Continue to press the button to cycle through the 10 pulsation settings.

(4) Both function can work individually or simultaneously.
